The delay for applying for a permit to use foreign labor in 2022
On 01 December 2021, the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training issued a notification on the delay for applying for a permit to use foreign labor in 2022.
Some factory owners or directors are still late in applying for foreign labor permits for 2022, so the Ministry has postponed the application for foreign labor licenses for 2022 until the end of January 2022.
